3. Listings & Visibility

Listings are subject to review. HoodDeals72 reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove any listing that does not meet our standards or violates our values of safety, legality, and community trust.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are handled securely via third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
All listing purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except in cases of duplicate billing or platform error.
By purchasing a package, you agree to the exposure timeline as described during checkout or onboarding.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on HoodDeals72, including graphics, logos, text, and QR designs, is the property of HoodDeals72 or its contributors. You may not copy, redistribute, or repurpose our materials without written permission.

6. Platform Changes

No Refunds After Listing Activation

Because we activate your listing immediately and promote your business in high-traffic areas, we do not offer refunds once a listing is live. All sales are final.

When you pay for a slot on HoodDeals72, you’re not just buying space — you’re locking in daily exposure that starts working for you the moment it goes live.
